Special Instructions for Students and Guests with Disabilities
The main Commencement ceremonies and all School ceremonies will take place in the Indiana Convention Center. Access will be via the Maryland Street entrance, which has a circular drive where students and/or guests with diabilities may be dropped off at the lobby door. Please note that parking is not available on this circular drive.
A limited number of wheelchairs will be available on a first-come, first-served basis inside the Maryland Street lobby and at the First Aid room near the escalators in the main lobby of the Convention Center. For benefit of those who have difficulty hearing, the main Commencement ceremonies will be close-captioned on large screens.
Special note: Students with disabilities requiring accommodations who are participating in one of the main Commencement ceremonies, or students and/or guests who need an alternative format for programs, should contact their respective School Recorders as early as possible.
